Step 1

Step 2


  • Receive an email inviting you to interview.
  • Choose your interview time slot.
  • Attend your interview.

Top tip: Before you attend the interview, make sure to familiarise yourself with the job description and check out our website to find out more information about our company. Have a think about any questions you may have for us!

Step 3


  • Depending on the job you are applying for, we may ask you to attend an assessment as part of the interview process. We will get in touch with you to confirm the details of your assessment.

    Top tip: Have a look at our staff charters above – these are the values that we expect every Circadian Trust employee to have. Have a think about how you may display these values during your assessment.

    Step 4


    • If relevant to your role, attend a training course. We may ask you to sign a training agreement if we are funding or partially funding your course.
    • Attend and complete the course to gain your qualification (100% attendance is required).

    Top tip: Please tell us before the course begins about any specific needs, medical conditions or anything else you think we need to know so that we can assist and support you with your training.

    Step 5


    • Receive, sign and retum your offer of employment letter.
    • Onboarding is the process where we complete all pre-employment checks including, but not limited to DBS, pre-placement medical questionnaire, reference and proof of right to work. We will guide you through this!

    Step 6


    • Once HR have received all necessary satisfactory checks you will receive your start date for your new role with your agreed Active Lifestyle Centre!
    • Your Active Lifestyle Centre will be in contact to arrange your induction!
